- How do I approve repairs from abroad?
- We send you the issue with photographs, a vendor quote and our recommendation. Work begins only after your written approval on WhatsApp or email, and we share completion photographs once the job is verified.
- Do you collect rent and follow up with tenants?
- Yes. Rent is paid directly into your account, and we track receipt, follow up on delays, handle tenant communication, manage renewals and rent revisions, and coordinate move-in and move-out inspections with deposit reconciliation.
- What happens if there is an emergency at my property?
- Emergencies such as major leaks, electrical faults, security incidents or storm damage are attended to immediately. We contain the problem first, inform you with photographs, and then agree the permanent fix with you.
- Do you help with power of attorney and documentation?
- Yes. We assist with POA coordination, rental agreement drafting and registration support, property tax and EB records, and keeping your property documentation organised and accessible.
- What does it cost to manage an NRI-owned property in Chennai?
- Plans start at ₹999 per month (GST extra) for basic care and scale up to NRI Premium and Villa Care for owners who want full-service management. Add-on services such as tenant placement, deep cleaning and painting supervision are quoted separately.
